Orange Hat Digital operates the mobile application YOU ARE AI (the "App"). This page describes our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you play our game.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We respect your privacy and design our applications to minimize data collection:

  • No Personal Identification: We do not collect or store your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or biometric information.
  • No Account Required: The App does not require registration, login, or personal profiles.
  • Local Storage: Your game scores and progress are stored entirely locally on your device storage (MMKV). We do not operate servers to track your decision history.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App integrates Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve free advertisements (rewarded ads for optional run revival and conditional interstitials).

Google AdMob may collect and process device-related data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy, such as:

  • Advertising Identifier: Google Advertising ID (AD_ID / GAID) for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
  • Device Information: General IP address, operating system, and hardware model.
  • Ad Interaction: Impressions, views, and click data.

3. GDPR & User Consent (UMP)

In the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). On initial launch, users are presented with clear choices regarding personalized ad consent.

You can reset or opt-out of ad personalization at any time in your Android device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience (13+) and does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Security

All network communications with Google AdMob use secure, encrypted HTTPS protocols.
